Insight into the agricultural machinery industry
Our apprentice Alina Stoll is gaining valuable experience at the leading international trade fair for agricultural machinery.
Hanover, 13-14 November 2023 - Alina Stoll, a first-year industrial clerk trainee who has been working in marketing since September, gives an insight into her experiences at Agritechnica 2023 in Hanover:
"Agritechnica was a valuable opportunity for me to experience the fascinating world of large trade fairs and agricultural technology up close.
The two days were short, but full of impressions. I used the time not only to support our team at our own stand, but also to look inside other companies. This experience helped me to better understand many interrelationships in marketing. I was able to gain valuable insights into the various facets of trade fair operations. It was also inspiring to see how diverse the agricultural technology sector is and how the latest technologies are used in practice.
From various project discussions, I knew that our aim at the trade fair was not only to attract potential customers and projects for the use of HEINZMANN electric motors in agricultural machinery, but also to maintain dialogue with existing customers.
I really enjoyed my time at Agritechnica 2023. It was exciting and also a bit challenging. But as I was involved in the planning, I was able to experience first-hand how everything is connected and the importance of such events. I am grateful that I was given this opportunity. I was particularly impressed by the teamwork, including when we ate together - that made the experience even better".
HEINZMANN actively supports the trainees' participation in trade fairs and events. This allows them to gain an early insight into innovations and developments in the various industries.
